Faсade system Renson Linius

The Linius continuous façade cladding system consists of an aluminium bearing structure with aluminium lamellas.
It gives the façade an impressive aesthetic, combining perfectly with other materials. In addition to its appearance, the simple and reliable design provides good ventilation, effective weather protection, additional sound insulation and shielding.
STRUCTURE
Faсade system Linius consists of bearing structure with lamellas installed. The bearing structure supports the entire louvered structure and is formed from vertical or horizontal supports, which are fixed with brackets at specific distances. Renson offers different types of supports depending on the structure. The lamella holders are fixedly attached to the supports and the lamellas are fixed to the holders. The design is simple and well tested.

        Extruded aluminum profile for use in light operating conditions with a step of 33.3 mm. Usually used for small areas of the surface. Extruded aluminium alloy EN AW 6063 T66.

        • Polyester powder coating with RAL or Syntha Pulvin colors (60 - 80 micron/40 micron (UK))
        Net is fixed to the back side of the bearing structure and combine with lamella L.033IM1. Lamella L.033.01 also can be banded with radius of 800 mm.

        Construction color
        Linus profiles are available in all RAL colors. Renson recommends the use of a structured lacquer for an architecturally modern look. In addition, the textured lacquer finish is better suited for outdoor use and is less likely to be scratched.
